Payment
There is a 30% payable on booking by bank transfer. The balance must be paid on the day of arrival in cash (euros). We do not accept credit cards.
Cancellation
Cancellation charges over the deposit. Cancellation charges are dependent upon the length of time prior to your check-in date that the cancellation is made. The cancellations must be notified in writing by e-mail. More than 90 days: 5% over the paid deposit » 1 - 90 days: 100%
Breakage Deposit
There is a 500 euro breakage deposit to pay on arrival and returned on departure.
