The master bedroom has a dressing area and a wardrobe; there is also a laundry room, an office, 1 small guest bedroom, 1 bathroom with walk in shower. The large covered terrace/porch at the back of the house is a wonderful area to relax and enjoy the beauty of the garden.
The property also consists of 4 very charming rental units. Comprised of 2 units that accommodate 2 people each, these are equipped with a small kitchenette set up with a fridge and microwave and sink, a sitting area and a shower room completes the downstairs part of these units. One has a mezzanine above the kitchenette that accommodates a bed for 2 people. The other 2 people accommodation has a separate bedroom. The other 2 units are slightly larger and accommodate 4 people each, the kitchenette has cooking facilities, a sitting area with sofa bed, shower room and a loft with sleeping quarters.
Separate from the rental units there is 1 additional bedroom and a massage room as well as several workspace and storage areas. The grounds of this property are stunning with a 10×5 swimming pool and several different areas designed for relaxation, there are also many different types of fruit trees, plants and flowers all of this makes for a very welcoming environment for guests. The property is located just a 10 min drive from Sao Martinho do Porto and Nazare beach and the A-8 motorway, Lisbon is an hour drive away. Very good running B&B.
